Payments & Fees
Below is a list of appointment types, cost and fees and related appointment information.
First Visit
Health history and assessment, acupuncture treatment, treatment planning, herbal consultation, and any adjunctive therapies as needed (cupping, moxa therapy, cranial work, gua sha, tui na)
Established Patient Visit – 75 minutes
Check-in, assessment, herbal consultation, acupuncture treatment and any adjunctive therapies as needed (cupping, moxa therapy, cranial work, gua sha, tui na)
Missed appointment or late cancellation Fee
Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged a $75 missed/cancellation fee.
Cost of Herbs
The cost of herbs (raw, granules, and pills) are extra and generally run in the range of $10 – $35 (for one week) and $25 – $65 (for a two week supply).
Payments
All payments must be made at time of service. I accept cash, check, credit cards, and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.
Insurance
I do not bill insurance. I am considered an “out-of-network provider”. If your insurance plan will reimburse you directly for acupuncture treatments performed by an “out-of-network provider”, I can provide a receipt with all the necessary insurance codes and information.
City of Fort Collins Employees
If you are a City of Fort Collins employee, I can provide you with the necessary documentation and receipts so that you may be reimbursed for your acupuncture treatments.
