New Patient Appointment (90 minutes)
Health history, assessment, acupuncture + craniosacral therapy, treatment planning, herbal consultation, and any adjunctive therapies as needed (cupping, moxa therapy, gua sha, tui na)
Established Patient Appointment (75 minutes)
Assessment, check-in, herbal consultation, acupuncture + craniosacral therapy and any adjunctive therapies as needed (cupping, moxa therapy, gua sha, tui na)
Regularly $130. $105 for those under 18 years of age.
Missed appointment or late cancellation fee
Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged a missed/cancellation fee equal to the treatment fee ($130/$105).
Cost of Herbs
The cost of herbs (raw, granules, and pills) are extra and generally run in the range of $10 – $35 for one week and $25 – $65 for a two week supply.
Payments
I accept cash, check, credit cards, and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.
Insurance
If you have insurance, you can be reimbursed directly by your carrier. Prior to making an appointment, please call your insurance company to see if you have benefits.
After your appointment, I can provide a superbill with appropriate codes that you can submit directly to your carrier for reimbursement
City of Fort Collins Employees
If you are a City of Fort Collins employee, I can provide you with the necessary documentation and receipts so that you may be reimbursed for your acupuncture treatments.
